Accurate Enterprises is a precision engineering and industrial solutions provider based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Our services include industrial manufacturing, automation solutions, engineering design, maintenance, technical consulting, and supply chain management. All business transactions, quotations, and contracts are subject to these Terms & Conditions unless explicitly modified in writing by an authorized representative.
We strive to display accurate descriptions, specifications, and pricing for our products (including hydraulic cylinders, precision bearings, industrial gears, etc.) and services. All prices displayed on our website or quoted in proposals are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, customs duties, etc.) and delivery charges. Payment terms:
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery dates provided are approximate. Accurate Enterprises will not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, carrier issues, customs clearance, or supply chain disruptions. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility (Ex-works Incoterms 2020). Title passes only upon full payment received. Customers are responsible for import/export compliance.
Cancellations: Orders for standard products may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 15% may apply. Custom/manufactured-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
Returns & Refunds: We stand by the quality of our products. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage reported within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval. No refunds for custom-engineered products unless non-conformance is proven. Warranty: Accurate Enterprises warrants that its products will be free from material defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, subject to proper installation, usage, and maintenance. Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accurate Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, production downtime, or data loss) arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Our website may contain links to external websites or resources (e.g., social media, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them. Additionally, we use Google Analytics and advertising services; their terms apply separately.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, pandemics, government actions, labor strikes, supply chain failures, or utility outages. In such events, performance timelines will be extended accordingly.
