At Accurate Enterprises, we take immense pride in delivering precision-engineered products and reliable industrial solutions. We understand that occasionally, a product may not meet expectations or may have a manufacturing defect. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines your rights and our obligations to ensure a fair resolution. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Window
For standard stock products (non-customized items such as select bearings, hydraulic components from our regular catalog), you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Product must not be a custom-engineered or "made-to-order" item (see exceptions below).
Important: Custom-manufactured products, tailored engineering components, and automation systems built to client specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they have proven manufacturing defects covered under warranty.
Manufacturing Defects & Warranty Claims
We stand behind the quality of our precision engineering. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or it fails to perform as per documented specifications within the warranty period (12 months from delivery for standard products):
- Step 1: Notify us within 7 days of discovering the defect, providing photos/videos and batch numbers.
- Step 2: Our technical team will evaluate the issue. If verified as a manufacturing defect, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
- Step 3: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or accidents.
How to Initiate a Return/Refund

Get RMA #
We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 48 hours.

Ship Product
Pack securely, write RMA on package. Customer bears return shipping unless defect.

Inspection
Our team inspects within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Return Address: Accurate Enterprises, Returns Dept., SR NO 17/4, DATT NAGAR, NIGDI, Pune, Maharashtra, 411044. Please include RMA number on the package.
Refund Methods & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Original payment method: Refunds are credited back to the source (credit card, bank transfer, UPI) within 10-15 business days.
- Bank transfer: We may ask for bank details for NEFT/RTGS transfer.
- Partial refunds: May be granted for items not in original condition, damaged due to customer error, or missing parts.
Quick Tip: Refunds for manufacturing defects also include original shipping costs. For non-defect returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions
The following items and situations are not eligible for refund or return:
- Custom-engineered / made-to-order industrial components, gears, cylinders with specific client tolerances.
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified by the customer.
- Clearance, discounted, or "final sale" items.
- Services rendered (consulting, installation, maintenance) – these are non-refundable once delivered.
- Products returned after 30 days without prior authorization.
- Items damaged due to improper handling during return shipping (please package carefully).
Cancellation & Order Modifications
If you wish to cancel an order before shipment:
- Within 24 hours of order placement: Full refund, no questions asked.
- After 24 hours but before dispatch: 15% cancellation fee deducted (restocking/admin fee).
- After dispatch: Cannot be canceled; follow standard return process.
- Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once production has started (typically 48 hours after order confirmation).
To cancel, email orders@accurate-enterprises.com with your order number. Refunds for cancellations are processed within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Damages & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged during transit:
- Please refuse delivery if visible damage is apparent, or note damage on the delivery receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of damaged packaging and product.
- We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
For lost packages, we will work with the courier company to locate your shipment. If confirmed lost, we will either re-ship the order or provide a full refund within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 15 business days from approval:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank/credit card company, as processing times vary.

Escalation: For unresolved disputes, you may contact the Grievance Officer at grievance@accurate-enterprises.com. We aim to resolve all issues within 10 working days.
